Financial Education:  Vision Statement

At Somerville, our philosophy is that the child is at the centre of everything we do.  We believe in providing children with a creative curriculum so that they have the opportunities to apply skills learnt to all aspects of their lives.  We are committed to providing children with a financial education so that they understand the importance of money and are able to make informed financial decisions.  We aim to make cross-curricular links as part of our creative curriculum to ensure our children have a secure understanding of financial education and are able to consider issues, both locally as well as globally.
