Somerville General Election 2017
A fantastic week at Somerville organised by Mrs Kirby! Children took part in lessons to understand the importance of democracy in society and gained an overview of the British Parliamentary system.
Throughout the week, we had our own mock election where some children campaigned to promote the manifesto of their chosen party. After the whole school had voted, the results were in.
